We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout, or
Contact our support team through the in-app support channel and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
